DESCRIPTION: | Ultrabrite cream contains Mometasone, a steroid that reduces redness, swelling & itching; Hydroquinone, a de-pigmenting agent that stops synthesis of melanin to help lighten the skin & Tretinoin, a retinoid that increases cell turnover rate & thus helps exfoliate the skin to renew it. It is prescribed to treat Melasma (dark patchy areas on the skin, at cheeks & forehead) on the face. Ultrabrite cream is used in conjunction with sun-avoidance measures, like using sunscreens and wearing protective clothing. |
