DESCRIPTION: | Unicef injection contains Ceftazidime, a third generation cephalosporin that act by inhibiting the growth of bacteria. It is prescribed for respiratory tract infection, skin & soft tissue infections, blood infections, bone & joint infections, brain infections and Gynaecological infections. |
SIDE EFFECTS: | The most common adverse reactions are inflammation of vein, diarrhoea, transient increases in hepatic enzymes & rash. |
