| DESCRIPTION: | Dermiflox cream combines Clobetasol, a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and itching by blocking inflammatory chemicals. Neomycin is an antibiotic that stops bacterial growth by inhibiting protein synthesis. Miconazole Nitrate is an antifungal that kills fungi by damaging their cell membranes. Chlorhexidine is an antiseptic that kills microorganisms by disrupting the cell surface. It is used in the treatment of mixed skin infections involving both bacteria and fungi, especially those accompanied by inflammation, itching, and redness, such as infected eczema, dermatitis, and ringworm. |
