| DESCRIPTION: | Bethnoheal-25 contains Bethanechol Chloride, a parasympathomimetic agent that stimulates the muscarinic receptors, particularly in the gastrointestinal and urinary tracts. It is primarily used to restore normal bladder function and improve bowel motility. It enhances the tone of the detrusor muscle of the bladder, facilitating urination and is helpful in managing urinary retention (particularly non-obstructive), and certain cases of gastroparesis or hypotonic bladder. |
