DESCRIPTION: | Dapaford-GM 2 tablets contains Dapagliflozin, Metformin and Glimepiride. The combination of these three medications helps in managing type 2 diabetes effectively. SIDE EFFECTS: | May include hypoglycemia (especially due to Glimepiride), urinary tract infections, genital mycotic infections, gastrointestinal disturbances, and rarely lactic acidosis with Metformin. Always monitor renal function and blood glucose levels regularly. |
