Oltef 200 contains Ofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone that inhibits bacterial DNA replication, while ornidazole is an antiprotozoal agent effective against anaerobic bacteria. Together, they offer broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity. This combination is commonly used for conditions like mixed infections, including gastrointestinal, gynecological, and urinary tract infections, acute diarrhea, dysentery & pelvic inflammatory disease. |
