DESCRIPTION: | CILNIFORD TRIO tablets contain Cilnidipine, a calcium channel blocker; Telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB); and Chlorthalidone, a thiazide-like diuretic. This combination works by relaxing blood vessels and removing excess fluid from the body to effectively lower blood pressure. It is prescribed for the treatment of hypertension, especially in patients requiring combination therapy for better blood pressure control. |
SIDE EFFECTS: | It is generally well tolerated. The main side effects may include dizziness, headache, fatigue, increased urination, electrolyte imbalance, muscle cramps, and gastrointestinal discomfort. |
