| DESCRIPTION: | Bilaford M is a combination of Bilastine and Montelukast used for the management of allergic conditions. Bilastine, a non-sedating H₁ antihistamine, blocks histamine receptors to relieve symptoms such as sneezing, itching, and nasal congestion. Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist, prevents leukotriene-induced airway inflammation and bronchoconstriction. This combination is indicated for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and as supportive therapy in asthma. |
