It is used in relieving abdominal tightness due to excess gas, flatulence following air swallowing or in digestive disturbances, flatulence caused by pancreatic insufficiency. It is also used in patients before gastro-intestinal and radiological examination. |
| SIDE EFFECTS: | Common side effects are diarrhea, abdominal pain or cramps, nausea, hypersensitivity reactions may happen these may include skin rashes or sneezing, hyperuricaemia have been reported with high doses. |
