Job Summary:

·        We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager from D2C / FMCG / Beauty & Personal care / Cosmetic brands.

·        The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media trends, a passion for storytelling, and strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

·        This role is critical in shaping our online presence and connecting with our target audience through compelling content.

Skills:

• ·   6+ years of experience in social media management.
• ·        Experience in team handling.
• ·        Should have exposure to D2C / FMCG / Beauty & Personal care / Cosmetic brands.
• ·        Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube etc.) and their respective audiences.
• ·        Proven track record of successful social media campaign development and execution.
• ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
• ·        Proficient in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and experience in reporting and analysis.
• ·        Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail.
• ·        Strong organizational and project management skills.
